    Are you interested in moving to Europe (Amsterdam) to work on globally known product?
    Our client is the worlds 3rd biggest e-commerce company and is now searching strong candidates from China to join the team in Amsterdam!
    Operating across 176 countries in 41 languages. Their team of designers, developers, database engineers Sysadmins solve complicated problems at huge scale. With more 30 million unique users every month this brings a lot of challenges as you can imagine.
    For all positions our client provides a full relocation package (including all visas/ work permits needed, also for the family).
    * Sr. Usability (UX) Researcher/ Market Researcher
    Your insights will help the business understand the key drivers and complexities of growing product in the major Asian markets. Most of your research will be centered on the optimization of the user experience for the (Asian) visitors of our website. Therefore you need to have both a strong usability background and excellent business awareness.
    You will be responsible for deciding what method to use, what data to capture, and how to interpret and communicate the results to your colleagues. Your personal toolkit is composed of a variety of methods, including (but not limited to) focus groups, traditional one-on-one usability interviews, surveys, and data analysis. You will focus on short-term conversion, commission, and long-term customer loyalty.
    You will be traveling regularly across Asia to conduct your research. Day-to-day you will be working with usability and analytics specialists, product owners, designers, and developers
    * Initiate and execute research to discover opportunities for concrete website optimization experiments.
    * Provide in-depth research insights and communicate the most relevant industry and competitive insights to stakeholders in all departments.
    * Help frontend-colleagues prioritize and refine their projects by providing the Asian user perspective.
    At least 7-8 years of proven experience in usability- and market research – doing both qualitative user interviews and quantitative data analysis
    Strong experience in Asian markets
    E-commerce experience
    Masters degree in: psychology, sociology or marketing (or related disciplines)
    Consultancy experience (preferred)
    Experience working with A/B testing (preferred)
    Native Japanese or Chinese speaker (preferably speaks more than 1 Asian language)
    Fully comfortable working in English, both written and spoken
    Willing/Able to relocate to Amsterdam
